Helping the myththat happiness is the objective of life.
If you have read a few of my other blogpieces you will certainly see that I regularly say that thereis a state beyond happiness that can be the very best goal inlife. Meanwhile traditional science hasyet to catch up to this reality. One current trendin psychology is to look at the quantity of joy individuals experience. When I got my results back I discovered that I was Extremely Pleased:

In fact ourlife difficulty is to rise up and move beyond this dependence to the location where we are joyful, delighted and blissful for no reason, and continue withthat energy when others discover reason to be sad!
