I disagree with this method to life. For me happiness is not embedded in our capability to develop at will exactly what we desire. It is our capability to be with exactly what is. When we obtain joy from producing exactly what we desire, then the end is the goal, and we experience joy only at the end! Instead there is a space of happiness, delight and bliss inside each one of us that resides there, prepared to be used. This area is happiness and bliss in the minute. That minute may include remaining in situations that we do not desire. For example the car breaks down.
Happiness can be present. When it is we laugh, we move into action, we delight in the procedure of getting the automobile towed even if the towing takes 5 hours, that is 5 hours in happiness, enjoying the experience of being present where we are.
Each minute has the potential to bring us such joy, love, compassion and happiness. Why take away that potential from any minute? Why would you state "This next 5 hours is going to be miserable.".
Why would you spend 5 hours wanting you were elsewhere? Why would you spend those 5 hours creating ideas and feelings that increase low vibration, low energy, chemicals in the body that contribute to condition?
Doing the remorse, worry, despair thing is just old practices and modeling of the concerning society. To shift that to the frequency and inner area of joy, delight and happiness requires us to remove our routines and go beyond the societal programming. This requires nerve, boldness and vision as the primary steps. Then it requires us to step up and take action. Daily action that keeps us broadening our capacity, keeps the vision alive, keeps our awareness enhancing and keeps our frequency increasing.
